Children’s Therapy Services of Colorado (CTSC) is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing Northglenn team!
We’re a supportive, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic offering ABA, OT, PT, and Speech services all under one roof. This is a primarily clinic-based position with opportunities for some home-based services, giving you a consistent home base while maintaining variety and flexibility in your caseload.

What We're Looking For
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Meets applicable Colorado requirements to practice in the BCaBA role
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Passion for working with children and families
Experience working with and supporting RBTs
Pediatric ABA experience preferred
Experience with naturalistic/developmental approaches, including ESDM, preferred
CPR/First Aid certification by start date
Spanish speaking a plus
